Rose wood otherwise known as Pride of Bolivia is primarrily planted as a Ornamental tree that blankets the ground with Yellow flower pettles from early to mid summer. It is coveted by woodworkers as a primum lumber that is expensive in the states. Tree grows 30' Tall on average but as high as 50. The only warning here is it used to be planted along public roadways to improve curb appeal however its root system will damage concrete sidewalks, driveways, ect.
