Horseradish needs no introduction you either love it or hate it. I personally love fresh grated horseradish and the kick that it gives. If you dont grate it the taste is more simmilar to that of a radish and can be cooked as such. Not an overly attractive plant care must be given when you decide where to plant this root. It prefers full sun and once it is established it is very difficult to remove. Keep any cutting or trimmings out of your compost bin as it readily spreads and can quickly get out of hand.
